DESCRIPTION:{REGISTRATION FOR THIS CAMP CLOSES 11/15/19; or until sold out}\nJoin us at The Grateful Hearts November 25\, 26 & 27 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for Christmas KIDS CAMP {we know it is Thanksgiving\, but we are celebrating Christmas Break this week!} At this Kids Christmas Camp your child will complete 3 projects; two to gift to the person of your choice and one for them! You will choose what Youth project your child wants and enter the youth design in the same box as the other design {specify youth before design choice} You will choose TWO project sizes when you register – you are welcome to pick your own design also {we have over 2\,500+ designs to pick from – you can view them on our website or social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram by searching @gratefulsebring)} If you would like your gift from your child to be a surprise just type in the design area “Surprise Me” and in the personalization box/comment box just specify who the gift will be for {mom\, dad\, grandma\, grandpa\, etc}. You will type your design choices in the same box; if you have different sizes you can specify what design for certain size. The projects they complete will be something that will be cherished for a lifetime. Your child is sure to HAVE SO MUCH FUN and we will be Celebrating the Season with crafts\, games and entertainment. This event is perfect for ages 7 & up to 17 years old.

Don’t miss our first Raisin’ Cane Festival where you can harvest your own sugarcane stalks on-site\, we will squeeze the juice from your stalks\, and you can take home your very own sugarcane juice. Sugarcane juice is rich in iron\, magnesium\, calcium and other electrolytes so it’s great for dehydration. It helps cure the common cold and other infections and also fight fever as it boosts the body’s protein levels. It is great in tea\, as syrup\, or age it and make sugarcane vinegar. Squeeze as much or as little as you like. Just $1/stalk. One stalk makes 1/5 gallon. Be sure to bring your own jar or jug to put the juice in. DESCRIPTION:The beautiful Hotel Jacaranda in Avon Park will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the sixth annual Holidays for Hospice to be held on Thursday\, November 21\, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. For this special evening\, we are taking a step back in time to the glamorous 50’s era with the theme\, “Fedoras & Pearls.” All proceeds benefit the Bud and Donna Somers Hospice House in Sebring. \nGuests are encouraged to dress to impress in their classy 50’s attire\, enjoy live entertainment and dance along to live tunes from the decade of music that changed the world. A silent auction will be included along with tantalizing tidbits\, cool cocktails and indulgent desserts from restaurants across Highlands County.
