Highlands County Community-wide Drumming Circle
Open to all! Friday, September 27, 7pm-8pm This is a drug and alcohol free venue. Goal is to achieve an enlightened state thru drumming, while doing breath-work, chants, guided meditation. Participants will be offered to participate in Yogic breathing, and chanting (short repetitive songs), as well as drumming the instrument of their choice.
