Highlands Art League is proud to host a 3-week oils workshop! Join artist – instructor, Teri McLaren, for an introduction to working with water-soluble oils!
The class is held on three consecutive Mondays; February 12, 19, and 26 at 1-3 pm in the Visual Arts Center.
