Instagram Stories launched in 2017 and quickly gained popularity. We predict that in 2018, they will begin to become the way that users share content with their followers. With the addition of Story highlights and a mid feed Stories navigation panel, it makes this feature even more interactive in 2018. One of our favorite features is the polling feature. It’s a great way to interact with friends or if you are a business to gain valuable insights on a specific product.
Many users are already adopting this feature as their primary way of sharing content, with their main feed being secondary, more of a homepage to garner the interests of passers-by, the content on their main feed is more thought out, strategic and planned, with stories giving a behind the scenes more personal insight.
